JST is the JUST ecosystem’s TRC-20 governance token. Holders can submit proposals and vote through JUST DAO. JUST DAO oversees ecosystem governance and uses eligible revenue from the core businesses to fund ongoing JST buybacks. Repurchased tokens are burned on a scheduled basis.
Technology
Replace the current Technology text about USDJ, CDPs, TRX-to-PTRX conversion, the Target Rate Feedback Mechanism, the Global Settlement Mechanism, oracle consensus and liquidation with:
JUST brings together three on-chain financial services. JustLend lets users supply and borrow assets, stake TRX through sTRX, and access Energy services. USDD provides decentralized stablecoin liquidity through overcollateralized minting, PSM swaps and related yield products. GasFree lets users pay transfer fees directly in USDT or USDD, so they do not need a separate TRX balance to cover those fees.
JST holders participate in ecosystem decisions through JUST DAO. Under the upgraded buyback-and-burn framework, eligible revenue from JustLend, USDD and GasFree funds ongoing JST buybacks. Repurchased tokens are burned on a scheduled basis and removed from circulation.
Tokenomics
Replace the current Tokenomics text about the USDJ/JST dual-token model, USDJ generation through CDPs, JST stability-fee payments and burns, borrowing parameters, and liquidation incentives with:
JST is the JUST ecosystem’s TRC-20 governance token. Holders can submit proposals and vote through JUST DAO.
JUST DAO uses eligible ecosystem revenue to fund ongoing JST buybacks and burns the repurchased tokens on a scheduled basis. Funding comes from JustLend earnings, mainly from sTRX staking and SBM operations. GasFree revenue will be included starting in Q4 2026. Qualifying USDD net revenue above $10 million will also contribute, subject to the program’s operational conditions.
The treasury maintains a minimum $50 million safety reserve. Approximately $20.34 million in surplus capital is scheduled for deployment in four installments starting in Q4 2026. Repurchased JST is sent to a TRON burn address, and execution records are disclosed publicly.

JUST DAO governs the ecosystem through proposals and votes. Eligible revenue from the core businesses supports ongoing JST buybacks, and repurchased tokens are burned on a scheduled basis. Product development and ecosystem priorities are guided by JUST DAO governance and official project announcements.
