What Is Cadence Protocol (CAD)?
Cadence Protocol is an intent-centric perpetuals aggregator first launching as the flagship perpetuals protocol on Canto that will be the most capital-efficient use of liquidity by integrating Real World Assets (RWAs), Contract-Secured Revenue (CSR), and Liquid Staking Derivatives (LSDs). This protocol will be integrated into Cadence's intent-based execution network, Symphony. Cadence, powered by Symphony, will tackle liquidity fragmentation and redefine DApp user experience to revolutionize the DeFi ecosystem.
CAD serves as the project's main utility and value capture mechanism. As Cadence evolves, the value of the CAD token will increase with the extra use-cases from Symphony integration.
Utility of the CAD token includes:
- 100% of fee revenue redistributed to CAD and CLP stakers
- Governance voting rights
- Long-term increasing share of protocol through the exit fee mechanism
- Staking benefits for traders such as increased incentives and rewards

Cadence Protocol’s features include:
Cadence’s multi-asset pool (CLP) will create micro-economies for auto-compounding, collateralization, and leveraged yield; thereby attracting more liquidity and strengthening Canto's ecosystem and Cadence's overall TVL thus benefiting users.
