What Is AshSwap (ASH)?
AshSwap is the very first stable-swap, an undoubtedly essential pillar in any DeFi ecosystem, built on the Elrond blockchain. Our ultimate vision is to serve as an infrastructure for the sustainable development of DeFi on Elrond.
Not only does AshSwap inherit the ideas from its predecessors, but it also introduces new and novel concepts to tackle the current problems in DeFi. The ASH token has many more use cases than just farming rewards and voting power representation.
AshSwap optimizes swaps between stablecoins and other stable value assets, making larger-size trades relative to liquidity possible without leading to drastic price changes.
Being able to trade assets at 1:1 rates is an essential prerequisite for the deployment of valuable DeFi use cases on any blockchain infrastructure and AshSwap is the first to open this path on the Elrond Network.
The range of assets that could leverage such a market opportunity goes beyond stablecoins. Different versions of bridged and liquid staking assets also require such an environment to be exchanged in an optimal way.
How Many ASH Tokens Are There in Circulation?
The Token Generation Event of AshSwap happens on October 25, 2022, with 1 billion ASH tokens created at genesis. The initial circulating supply at TGE is 143,333,333 tokens.
Who Are the Founders of AshSwap?
Neil Nguyen has been working in technology for the past 5 years as a software engineer and later a project manager. He went full-time in blockchain in early 2021, joining and being a technical advisor for multiple projects in DeFi on different blockchains, most notably as Head of Economics and R&D at dafiprotocol.io.
He has extensive knowledge in blockchain/Web3/DeFi and has the ability to combine technical, financial, and business aspects.
Royce Phan started programming in secondary school and has held key positions in multiple companies. He has a wide range of knowledge and skills in various tech stacks. Regarding blockchain, Royce first started with EVM-compatible blockchains and later non-EVM-compatible ones with a deep understanding of smart contracts, VMs, consensus, and networks.
Where Can I Buy AshSwap Token (ASH)?
ASH will be launched on the Maiar Launchpad on October 25th, 2022. After that, it will be listed on the Maiar Exchange and later several centralized exchanges. Details are TBU.
